Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant should possess a Ph.D. (Doctoral Degree) in a relevant discipline and preferably be working as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, Research Scientist, or equivalent academic professional.
  • Candidates holding a Master's Degree with substantial teaching, industry, research, or professional experience may also be considered.
  • The applicant should demonstrate strong expertise and research experience in their respective field.
  • A minimum of five research publications in reputed journals, conference proceedings, edited books, or scholarly publications is desirable.
  • The applicant should have a commitment to academic ethics, quality assurance, and scholarly excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities of Reviewers

Peer reviewers are responsible for critically evaluating submitted manuscripts within their area of expertise and providing constructive, objective, and evidence-based recommendations. Their contributions are essential for maintaining the quality and integrity of academic publishing.

  • Evaluate the originality, relevance, significance, and scholarly quality of submitted manuscripts.
  • Assess the validity of research methods, analysis, findings, and conclusions.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and professional suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist editors in making informed publication decisions.
  • Identify ethical concerns, plagiarism, duplicate publication, or research misconduct whenever detected.
  • Promote academic integrity, transparency, and research excellence.

Reviewer Guidelines

  • If a manuscript falls outside your area of expertise, please inform the editor promptly and, if possible, recommend a suitable alternative reviewer.
  • Reviews should preferably be completed within 1–2 weeks. If additional time is required, the reviewer should communicate with the editorial office in advance.
  • All manuscripts and supplementary materials received for review must be treated as strictly confidential.
  • Reviewers should not share, distribute, discuss, or use unpublished manuscript content for personal research purposes.
  • Reviews should be objective, impartial, and free from personal criticism or bias.
  • Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, whether personal, professional, financial, or institutional, and decline the review if necessary.
  • If a reviewer is unable to complete the review after accepting the assignment, the editor should be notified immediately.
  • Review comments should be respectful, constructive, and aimed at improving the quality of the manuscript.

Ethical Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete confidentiality throughout the review process.
  • Report suspected plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, or other unethical practices to the editor.
  • Follow the ethical standards and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
  • Ensure fairness, objectivity, and professional integrity in every review.
