Submission Guidelines

Axinova International Journal of Commerce and Management invites original, high-quality, and unpublished manuscripts from researchers, academicians, professionals, practitioners, and students working in the fields of Commerce, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, and related interdisciplinary areas.

Authors may submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system or via email at editor@aijcm.com.

Authors are strongly encouraged to prepare their manuscripts according to the AIJCM Paper Template to facilitate a smooth review process, faster editorial handling, and timely publication.

Criteria for Manuscript Submission

The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
Submitted manuscripts must be plagiarism-free and comply with ethical publishing standards.
AI-generated content, if used, must be limited and properly reviewed by the author. The manuscript should not contain more than 20% AI-generated content.
The writing should be clear, concise, academically sound, and free from ambiguity.
Data, findings, and interpretations must be accurate, valid, and reliable.
Conclusions should be supported by evidence and logical analysis.
The content must be relevant to the scope of Commerce, Management, Economics, Business Studies, and allied disciplines.

Preparation of Manuscripts

As part of the submission process, authors must ensure compliance with the journal’s formatting and submission requirements. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in delays in review or publication.

Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be organized in the following sequence:

Title
Abstract
Keywords
Introduction
Literature Review (if applicable)
Research Methodology / Materials and Methods
Results and Discussion
Conclusion
Acknowledgements (if applicable)
References

The manuscript should be prepared strictly according to the AIJCM Paper Template.

Manuscript Format

Manuscripts must be written in English.
Files should be submitted in MS Word format (.doc or .docx).
Authors must strictly follow the AIJCM Paper Template and formatting instructions.
References should be formatted according to the citation style specified by the journal.

Review and Publication Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two independent subject experts.

Authors will be notified regarding acceptance, rejection, or revision requirements via email, generally within 5–15 days from the date of submission.

Upon acceptance, authors may be required to submit the following documents:

Copyright Agreement Form (signed and scanned)
Author Declaration / Undertaking Form (signed and scanned)
Publication Fee Payment Proof (if applicable)

Note: There is no submission fee or review fee. Publication charges, if applicable, are payable only after acceptance of the manuscript.

Publication Timeline

Accepted manuscripts are generally published within 2–5 working days after receipt of all required documents and confirmation of publication formalities.
