1. Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism refers to the use of another person's ideas, text, data, figures, tables, or intellectual work without proper acknowledgment or citation. AIJCM follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy to ensure the originality, authenticity, and credibility of all published research.
- All submitted manuscripts are screened using reputable plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin, iThenticate, DrillBit, or equivalent tools.
- The acceptable similarity index must be below 15% (excluding references, bibliography, and properly cited quotations).
- Manuscripts with a similarity index between 15% and 25% may be returned to authors for revision and resubmission.
- Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 25% will normally be rejected without further review.
- Proper citation and acknowledgment of all sources, references, data, figures, and previously published material are mandatory.
- Self-plagiarism, including the reuse of previously published content without appropriate citation and disclosure, is strictly prohibited.

2. AI Content Policy
The journal recognizes the growing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in academic research and writing. While AI technologies can provide valuable assistance, their use must be ethical, transparent, and limited.
- AI tools may be used for language enhancement, grammar correction, translation assistance, formatting support, and technical editing.
- Authors must ensure that the manuscript reflects substantial and original human intellectual contribution.
- The proportion of AI-generated content should not exceed 20% of the total manuscript.
- AI tools, software, or language models cannot be listed as authors or co-authors.
- Authors should disclose the use of AI tools in manuscript preparation whenever applicable.
- Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, authenticity, interpretation, and integrity of all submitted content.
- The use of AI for generating fabricated data, manipulated results, fake references, misleading information, or fraudulent research content is strictly prohibited.
- Any misuse of AI technologies that compromises research integrity will be treated as serious academic misconduct.
3. Policy Enforcement
- Manuscripts found to violate plagiarism or AI content policies may be rejected without proceeding to peer review.
- Published articles discovered to be in violation of these policies may be corrected, withdrawn, or formally retracted.
- In cases of serious misconduct, authors may be restricted or banned from future submissions to the journal.
- The journal reserves the right to conduct additional investigations whenever concerns regarding originality, plagiarism, or AI misuse arise.
